The Active Roaming Post Club is a recurring subscription service that provides physical mailings to subscribers on a regular basis.

Subscription fees are charged automatically according to the billing schedule selected during purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account, where available, or by contacting support@activeroaming.com.

Cancellation applies only to future billing periods.

Effect of Cancellation

Cancellation will prevent future subscription charges once the cancellation takes effect.

Cancellation does not affect:

• Charges already processed
• Payments already collected
• Shipments already prepared
• Shipments already dispatched

No refunds will be provided for subscription shipments that have already entered the fulfillment process.
